Nick co-founded Small World in 2005 and led its growth since then to create one of the leading players in the cross border payments sector with nearly 800 employees and trading in over 30 countries. Prior to Small World, Nick was Head of Venture Development at Lloyds TSB. Nick also has previous experience working for with the Royal Bank of Scotland, the Protégé Group and LEK Consulting. Nick holds an MBA from INSEAD (2003) and a BA in Mathematics from Oxford (1996).
